This girl, although dressed in her combat top and norwegian, still manages to look beautifully feminine.  I love her eyes with the cyan highlights, and the backlighting on her hair.  This shot was taken in an old gym lit by sodium vapour lights, and with wooden walls and floor which all manage to throw an orange light on the subject.  The shot was adjusted for levels and then the orange colour was sampled and desaturated in Aperture, and a slight bit of saturation added on the other colours to try to correct the white balance.  The final skin tone is a little pale but results in a high tone portrait.  Taken with my Sony a350 and Sony 70-300mm lens at 800 ISO due to the low light.  Hand-held at 1/30 second.  DSC06839
