Cute Little Chuffer Train

Cute Little Chuffer Train

April 2nd, 2009

I am not sure that you’re allowed to call a train cute, but this little saddle tank engine certainly deserves it.  Seen on the West Somerset Railway at Washford station, the base of the Somerset & Dorset Railway Trust, it is in fact a Peckett 0-4-0 saddle tank named Kilmersdon.  Taken with a Sony a350 and Tamron 17-55mm lens and processed in Aperture (levels), Photoshop (sharpening), Noise Ninja (noise) and Topaz (colour and look).  More from the West Somerset Railway on my flickr.  DSC09366
