Another skimboard shot, this time from Encinitas, California. A lot of these seaside shots are difficult when the sun is coming in at you from the sea so that mostly people are silhouettes. Even when the sun is in the right direction there is so much light reflected off the water that even with a polarizer it is difficult to get good exposures. This was shot with a Sony H9 and processed in Aperture and Topaz (to adjust exposure and reduce noise). More skimboarding shots are here on flickr. DSC02720
