Boys’ Shot Put

Again taken at school sports day, with some boys taking part in the Shot Put competition. I like the expressions on the boys faces, but especially the curious pose of the boy throwing. The way his arm twists really makes the muscles stand out. It seems almost balletic. The photo was taken with a Sony a350 and Sony 70-300 mm G SSM lens and processed in Aperture.
