As well as real youngsters learning with their parents (see this photo) there are teenagers improving their skills. This lad was very active both surfing and skimboarding. In this photo I love the the way the light plays on his wet skin emphasising his perfect form. Like the previous shot, this was also taken in Encinitas, California using a Sony a350 and Tamron 28-300mm lens. Processed in Aperture and Noise Ninja. More photos from last summer here on flickr.
